Trax is a concept for discreet, non-invasive glucose monitoring and health tracking, built to support everyday wellness for people living in cities.
Worn as an insole, it passively senses biomarkers and insulin response during sedentary moments, especially after meals, and nudges the wearer toward light activity through subtle prompts that help regulate blood sugar naturally.
I designed it around dignity and routine rather than clinical intervention, so preventative care could fold quietly into daily life instead of interrupting it.
