FlipGrip ergonomic caulking tool grip assembly.

FlipGrip was a second-year university project that was a collaborative endevour with a UK boat manufacturer.

The brief was to help prevent factory workers getting RSI. Caulking guns were selected as one of the major contributors to this issue, specifically those designed for foil-packaged adhesives and sealants, not plastic tubes.

My response was a collar and brace mechanism that users could easily adjust while using the tool. It could simply be retrofitted to their existing guns, and I gave it improved ergonomic handles for the trigger, as well.
